The Performance and Project Implementation Monitoring Unit (PPIMU) serves as Ondo State’s Project Monitoring Office (PMO), created by the Transition Strategy and Implementation Committee and established via Executive Order on 15 November 2021. Operating from the Office of the Governor, PPIMU is built on 4 pillars called the “4C’s”: Collect, Communicate, Collaborate, and Coordinate.

The purpose of PPIMU is to develop and operate a performance, project management, monitoring, evaluation, and learning system for the Ondo State Public Service. Activities include coordinating integrated portfolio management to implement policies, programmes, and projects aligned with the State’s agenda and directives from the Office of the Governor.
Born on 12 January 1965 in Obe-Nla, Ilaje Local Government Area, Hon Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa obtained his NCE in Economics/Government, Advanced Diploma from the University of Ibadan, completed the Chief Executive Programme at Lagos Business School, and earned his MBA from the University of Liverpool.
A successful businessman and founder of Blue Wall Group, Governor Aiyedatiwa has demonstrated exceptional leadership in the private sector before transitioning to public service.
His political journey has been marked by significant milestones and national roles, contributing to the development of democratic governance in Nigeria.
Governor Aiyedatiwa was sworn in as Governor on 27 December 2023, bringing his wealth of experience in business and governance to lead Ondo State towards sustainable development and prosperity.
